The 4th Stop: Portland, Oregon, USA. So back in the U.S.A. With a vibrant downtown, pretty residential neighbourhoods, ultra green parks, fine restaurants and countless brewpubs, our destination Portland offered a lot. The fabulous Pumpkin Patch at Sauvie Island (check out my earlier Blog post) being the absolute highlight of our visit, the Portland Saturday Market in Waterfont Park and the the Oregon Zoo in Washington Park were not bad competitors either.
